Managing the Certification Process from Start-To-Finish

The JB&B Deep Carbon Reduction Group can take on the role of Sustainability consultant to support sustainability-focused project teams pursuing LEED certification. We manage the certification process from start to finish, coordinate with all parties involved, and ensure the applicable documentation is assembled and submitted for GBCI review.

Our Process:

1. Manage the certification process, including assembling and submitting the documentation for GBCI review.

2. Provide and maintain the LEED Scorecard and Action Plan throughout the project.

3. Coordinate with the design and construction team to ensure LEED requirements are incorporated and adhered to.

4. Act as subject-matter expert and answer questions about LEED credit and documentation requirements.
