Energy and Carbon Reductions as a Shared Endeavor Between Tenants and Landlords

Reaching building energy and emissions reductions goals must be a collaborative effort between landlords and tenants. The JB&B Deep Carbon Reduction team can support landlord or tenant teams looking to develop and implement customized sustainability engagement and education programs.

Our Tenant Engagement Offerings:

• Development of educational tenant-focused materials on energy and carbon market trends and initiatives.

• Tracking and communicating base building and tenant energy and carbon trends over time.

• Guidance on establishing a tenant sustainability program or committee.

• Creation of signage or graphics that educates visitors on the sustainable design features of the building.

• Development of competitions and/or events (e.g., Energy Treasure Hunt) to bring awareness and engagement to building-wide energy or carbon reduction goals.
